  This is the worst on-line company we have ever dealt with. We ordered a Glad Pad Pool Pad and when it arrived it was marked "Wall Foam". In speaking with the company, they said it is the same product used for both. However, wall foam was a cost of $139.98 but with an item number classifying it as Pool Pad, the cost is $219.99 (which we were charged). Same item (according to their manager, Reggie -- which, by the way, is a total jerk) is used for both but are now being told the pool pad is thicker. We know that isn't true because we ordered the wall foam from this company 4 years ago and the thickness is exactly the same. We are now dealing with a solar cover that is not the size we ordered and there is no way it is 12 gauge in thickness. Feels like nothing more than very thin bubble wrap. AVOID THIS COMPANY! They are clearly what should be classified as a scam.
